3 week wait - still no order

Almost 3 weeks on and my order still hasn't arrived. My event came and went without this product which I needed by a certain date. No refund offered.

We apologise that this product didn't reach you in time of your event. We did our very best to dispatch your package the same day but unfortunately once the package leaves our premises, it is in the hands of a third party courier. We understand sometimes delays or lost packages do happen, and we have contacted the courier company to investigate. Lovely scented and beautifully coloured

Lovely scented and beautifully coloured rose petals. I have bought cheaper ones hoping to have same quality but most were that yukky rusted brown petals, these are gorgeous, and after forgetting to pull the plug out of the bath for a few hours, they rehydrated to perfect petals that you would swear had just been picked. Highly recommended and wont bother sourcing from elsewhere from now on.
