Clear Aloe Vera Gel is a premium cosmetic-grade gel manufactured from potent 200X concentrated aloe vera spray-dried powder — producing a clear, smooth, water-phase gel base that is ready to incorporate directly into serums, toners, lotions, creams, shampoos, conditioners, face masks, after-sun products, and any water-based cosmetic formulation.
This is not a raw aloe leaf extract or a diluted juice product. It is a concentrated gel base manufactured from high-quality aloe vera spray-dried powder at 200:1 concentration — meaning each kilogram of powder represents the active equivalent of 200kg of raw aloe vera plant. The resulting gel is clear, consistent, and formulation-ready with no colour variation from batch to batch — the preferred format for professional cosmetic formulation and consistent finished product manufacturing.

Benefits
HOW TO USE IN COSMETIC FORMULATION
Clear Aloe Vera Gel is a water-phase ingredient — add it to the water phase of any emulsion or use it as a standalone gel base.
As a water-phase substitute:
Use clear aloe gel in place of some or all of your distilled water in lotion, cream, toner, serum, and gel formulations. Substituting 20–100% of your water phase with aloe gel enriches the formulation with aloe's active compounds while maintaining full emulsification and formulation stability.
As a standalone gel base:
Clear aloe gel can be used directly as a finished product base for lightweight gels, after-sun gels, cooling gels, and scalp treatments — add your actives (niacinamide, allantoin, hyaluronic acid), fragrance or essential oil, and preservative directly to the gel and blend.
In cold process soap:
Add to the water phase (lye solution water) at up to 30–50% substitution for aloe water — produces a soap with added aloe soothing benefits. Note: use at room temperature; very high heat can affect aloe polysaccharides.
In shampoos and conditioners:
Add at 10–50% of the water phase for scalp-soothing and conditioning benefit. Compatible with all surfactant and conditioning emulsifier systems.

FAQs
Questions
What is the INCI name for Aloe Vera Gel?
The correct INCI name is Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice or Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract depending on the exact manufacturing process. This name must appear on your finished cosmetic product ingredient list when selling in Australia. Check the full ingredient declaration on the supplier data sheet for all components including preservative INCI names to include on your label.
What does "made from 200X concentrated powder" mean?
The gel is manufactured using aloe vera spray-dried powder at 200:1 concentration — meaning 1kg of powder is the concentrated extract equivalent of 200kg of raw aloe vera plant material. This powder is then rehydrated and processed into a smooth, clear gel. This approach produces a more consistent, stable, and shelf-stable product than raw aloe juice, with no batch-to-batch variation in colour or activity level.
What is the difference between Clear Aloe Gel and Golden Aloe Gel?
Clear Aloe Gel is manufactured from 200X concentrated spray-dried aloe powder — it is clear, colourless, and cosmetically neutral. Golden Aloe Gel is made from 99.7% fresh aloe vera juice with no water added — it has a natural golden colour and is considered a more direct juice-equivalent. For cosmetic formulation where colour consistency and a clear finished product are important, the clear gel is the preferred choice.
Can I use this aloe gel in cold process soap?
Yes — substitute up to 50% of your lye water with clear aloe gel, or use it as your full water phase. Add to the lye as you would water — note that aloe-water lye solutions can heat and colour more intensely than plain water; work in a ventilated area and monitor temperature. Aloe soap benefits from the polysaccharide content which passes through saponification to some degree, contributing a soothing, skin-conditioning claim to the finished bar.
What pesticide testing has been done on this product?
Third-party independent testing by NATA-accredited AMAL Analytical Pty Ltd (COA 32149) covers the complete production chain — farm soil, aloe powder, aloe juice micropulp, and aloe liquid concentrate. All organochlorine pesticides, organophosphate pesticides, synthetic pyrethroids, triazines and conazoles, herbicides, and fungicides tested at or below the limit of reporting across more than 100 individual compounds. This is one of the most comprehensive pesticide testing programs available for aloe vera in Australia.
How should I store bulk aloe vera gel?
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat before opening. Refrigerate after opening and use within the recommended period. Aloe vera gel contains a preservative system for shelf stability, but refrigeration after opening extends active life and maintains gel quality. Do not freeze.
